Counselling is about talking through your thoughts and feelings. Some of which may be unresolved. These may be in relation to the past you have experienced, present difficulties you are currently experiencing, or changes you would like to make in your life.

We may include others, such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Integrative, Brief Solution Focused, or Transactional Analysis.
